How long does it take to process the order?
For the controllers, the estimated time to complete the order is from 1 to 7 weeks, after which the controller will be sent. However, if a component is not available (e.g. the front shell is missing or there are many orders), Rocket Games reserves the right to extend this time. In this situation, the customer should be informed of the possible delay and be able to change the configuration. Other orders (sticks, cables, accessories) will be processed within 5 working days + shipping time.
Are the products covered by the warranty?
The following components of the goods are covered by the 2-year guarantee:
- Paint on the controller
- Buttons on the controller
- Smart triggers
- Smart Pumpers
- Rocket Sticks excluded from warranty (The controller stick drift is up to 90 days covered by manufacturer's warranty from the day of delivery)
- Rocket Paddles
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage caused by incorrect use of the goods, particularly when the controller is hit, thrown or pressed excessively.

THE CONTROLLER THAT IS WITHOUT INFORMATION SUCH AS INVOICE NUMBER/ADDRESS/E-MAIL WILL NOT BE REPAIRED!
The time for examining the complaint is a maximum of 14 days, after which the repair time is also a maximum of 15 days.
After the repair, the controller will be sent to the address listed on the invoice. If the address is to be changed, relevant information should be included in the package.
I don't like the controller anymore, can I return it?
Unfortunately, this option does not exist for controllers from the configurator. Each controller is custom built, therefore purchased goods cannot be returned. Prefabricated controllers can be returned within 14 days without damage, dirt or any visible wear. The return must be discussed with support.
The pattern on my controller is different from the pattern on the website – what should I do?
The patterns may differ slightly from the patterns on the website – the reason is that these are installed using hydrographics/technology. In this case, the pattern depends on the application of the film to the controller. For panels with uniform colors, the color may vary slightly from the color on the website.
I would like to cancel my order – how can I do that?
The order can no longer be canceled once the status report is '' in production ''.

What are digital triggers / digital pumpers? How do these differ from normal buttons?
With digital triggers and digital bumpers, the entire mechanism for the function of a button is swapped from the analog to the digital mechanism. This means that these buttons work as a quick, short click (like a mouse click).
These buttons are characterized by a short click path and a characteristic sound. It reduces reaction time, making it perfect for shooter games. On the other hand, this solution is not recommended for car games because it works as “full throttle” or nothing.
