Use of headsets and headphones
Using headsets and headphones at high volume levels can cause permanent hearing loss. Adjust the volume to a safe level. Loud noises can sound normal over time, but doing so will damage your hearing. If you notice ringing or pain in your ears, or if you hear muffled voices, have your hearing checked immediately. The louder the volume, the faster your hearing can be damaged.
Handling of lithium-ion batteries
Do not touch a damaged or leaking lithium-ion battery. If the battery leaks liquid, stop using the product immediately and contact technical support. If the liquid comes into contact with your clothing, skin, or eyes, wipe off the affected area with clean water immediately and contact a doctor. The liquid from the battery can cause blindness.
radio waves
Radio waves can affect electronic devices or medical devices (e.g. pacemakers), which can lead to malfunctions and injuries. If you use a pacemaker or other medical device, consult your doctor or the manufacturer of the device before using the wireless network functions (Bluetooth® and WLAN). The wireless network functions should not be used in the following locations: Areas where the use of wireless networks is prohibited, e.g. B. in hospitals. Follow medical facility regulations when using the console on their premises. Areas near fire alarms, automated doors, and other automated equipment.
magnets

static

motion sensor
Note the following points when using the motion sensor function of the wireless controller. If the controller hits a person or object, it may cause injury or damage.
Before using the motion sensor feature, make sure you have enough space to move. ˎ Hold the wireless controller firmly to prevent it from slipping out of your hand and causing damage or injury.
If you are using a wireless controller that is connected to the PS5 console with a USB cable, ensure that there is enough space for the cable so that it does not pose a danger to people or property.
light bar
Do not look directly at the light bar on the controller when it is flashing. Under no circumstances continue to use the product if the light stimulus causes discomfort or pain in or on the body. installation and handling

- The product and its components are made of metal and plastic. When disposing of the product, please follow local regulations for the proper disposal of such materials.
cleaning
Follow the instructions below to avoid damaging the product casing or fading the colors.
- Wipe the product with a soft, dry cloth.
- Do not use insecticides or other volatile substances.
- Do not place rubber or vinyl materials on the product body for a long period of time.
- Do not use solvents or other chemicals. Do not clean the product with an impregnated cleaning cloth.
storage
- Do not expose the product to high temperatures, high humidity or direct sunlight during operation, transportation or storage.
- Do not leave the product in the car with the windows closed, especially in high temperatures.
- Keep dust, smoke or vapor away from the product.
Register controllers
When you use the controller for the first time, you need to pair it with your PS5 console.
1. Turn on your console
2. Connect the controller to your console using the included USB cable.
3. Press the -(PS) button.
The controller turns on. After the light bar flashes, the player indicator light begins to glow.
Charge the controller
Connect the controller to your PS5 console with the included USB cable when your console is on or in sleep mode.
In sleep mode, the light bar on your controller slowly flashes orange. Once charging is complete, the light bar will turn off.

Hints
You must first enable this feature to charge the controller while the console is in sleep mode. See the PS5 user manual for details.
You can also charge the controller by connecting it to a computer or other USB device with the USB cable. Use a USB cable that conforms to the USB standard. The controller may not be able to charge via some devices.
battery pack
Safety instructions for the built-in battery:

battery life
- Battery life is limited. The performance of the battery slowly decreases over time. Battery life also depends on storage, use, environment and other factors.
- Charging should take place in an environment with a temperature between 10 °C and 30 °C. In environments with different conditions, the charging process may be affected.
- Battery life may vary depending on usage conditions and environment.
When not in use
If the controller is not used for a long time, it should be fully charged at least once a year to ensure its performance.
Battery level too low for software update
Charge the controller with the original USB-C cable, the original cable has one (WakeUp mode).
Controller does not load
The light bars on the controller should glow amber to indicate that the controller is charging. If not, this confirms that the DualSense controller is not loading. But then for what reasons?
In most cases, this is a charging error between the original USB cable and the Playstation's front USB port. In this case, your controller will not charge even after hours of use or in sleep mode.
Binding if we know that this loading mode is the one most used by PlayStation gamers. You should know that in this situation, two factors can be responsible for the error: the charging cable cord that is not suitable for charging or the front USB port is not properly powered.
